The core teachings of Yoga have always been about uniting ourselves (our body, mind, energy and essence) to All!

Rethinking and changing our society so all are protected equally will create peace for ourselves, our families and our communities - the peace we all seek and deserve!

Protecting the Earth is protecting ourselves, our families and all creatures and beings.

We are privileged to live in a Democracy. Educate yourself and VOTE!!!

Non-Violence, Truth, Judgement of Others and Peace begin with ourselves. Be Kind to Ourselves so we may be understanding, tolerant compassionate and kind to others!!!
