TESTIMONIALS: Winter ‘19 comments from Michael H…“Your class brought brightness to an otherwise cold wet day.  I think that was true not only for me, but for everyone who attended.  You create a unique environment by your warmth, mindfulness and presence which is extraordinary. I am very lucky to have you as a teacher and friend.  Shine on!”

Lara’s Response….Those who show up for class - slogging in, or bouncing in, bring me light too. I’m so honored to share what has been taught, shared and bestowed upon me. I am grateful for your dedication. Thank you Michael and to our wonderful community of students.
