The 500 Hour Advanced Level Training program
originated from the desire we at Lotus Gardens have to gather more
knowledge, share ideas, practice, experience and stay fresh for our
selves and those we inspire. Whether you are a recent graduate of a
yoga teacher training program or an experienced teacher, we all find we
have developing questions or simply thirst for more
understanding…
Lotus Gardens 500 Advanced Level Training follows the Yoga Alliance highest standards of
education for yoga teachers. We have elected to implement Yoga
Alliance's revised requirements before the 2008 deadline.
Pre-requisite:
The 500 hour training is an
additional 300 hours above the 200 hour beginner level teacher
certification. There are 270 contact hours required in the
following categories:

Anatomy and Physiology
Philosophy/Ethics/Lifestyle
Practicum
Our 500 hour programs is an apprenticeship training for 6 students per
