Lotus Gardens Public Class Policy for All Clients.
Make Ups: We invite & encourage missed classes to be
made up at any location during the current session. No need to call or email to find out if you
may attend, check the website to be sure class is held and then attend.
Refunds: No
refunds are given once the session
begins.
Injuries or medical problems: Clients
should contact the Lara Ward, upon injury or illness to discuss potential
credit for the remaining weeks of the session. Credit may be granted but, will
be determined on a case-by-case basis. Retroactive credit will not be given.
Class Cancellations: Lotus Gardens
reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and will issue a full
refund for classes not held.

We follow all of these
organizations policies. Inclement weather cancellations are made by
the school district. If schools are
cancelled we cancel–please check local TV stations 3, 6 or 8.

Make Ups: Lara wishes to go above industry standards
and welcome you to carry over missed classes into the following session held*
providing you are registered for that session in full (i.e. minimum of 10
classes).
* fall session make ups must
be used during winter; winter during spring & spring during summer

CLASSES WILL BE DECIDED BY LARA AND WILL BE POSTED BY 8:30am on the top of this page. We will email
current registered clients and will make every effort to keep emails up to
date, but are not responsible for those changed, deleted or are blocked.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION BY APPOINTMENT!
Private Yoga or Meditation
instruction appointments may be made at your convenience of schedule
and location. In your home, office or in our private studio space,
personal yoga training is appropriate for individuals, couples or
gatherings of family & friends. These sessions may be designed to
create your own daily session, or to help you recover from any injury
or illness; perhaps you wish to focus on one specific area of your
practice; or simply want a rejuvenating weekend session; we even offer
a new way to celebrate bridal and baby shower events!
