An exciting new Vinyasa based class geared towards fat-burn. Focus will be on alignment, calorie burn and breathing. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and be prepared to melt away those unwanted pounds!

A flow class designed to slow down, move through the postures and flow with grace and precision. This class will energize and release the whole body.

An energizing alignment based vinyasa exploring the openness and strength of the body and spirit through asanas, breath and chakra balancing.

A fun filled flow of postures to energize and open the body. Room will be warm to allow the body to stretch deeply. Please bring mat, towel (or two) and water.

Experiencing your core (mula and uddiyana bandha) strengths the base of all your yoga postures as well as recharges and revitalizes your energy levels. As we find our inner muscluar core and strengthen our physical body we will allow for a deepening of the awareness body. Join Lara Azzarito Ward as she guides you deeper into your physical practice by delving into the layers of our muscular structure and nervous system.
Class is by donation with all proceeds to charity.
