"At first I couldn’t touch my toes. It took some months. My legs were tight, my back was tight. Now I feel much better."

– Larry Schmitt,

I was very lucky to have found Lotus Gardens.

New To Yoga?

Lotus Gardens understands that all styles of yoga are wonderful, but not all styles are wonderful for every body. We are here to help you to understand the difference in yoga styles and to assist you in finding the class that is right for your physical condition and that helps you best explore yoga spiritually, philosophically and emotionally.

What You'll Learn

At Lotus Gardens, every yoga class provides a joyful and supportive learning environment. Our time begins and ends with breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Postures are offered with modifications so that every student may explore his or her practice with comfort and safety.

All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors with a minimum of 200 hours of training.

What To Wear & Bring

It is recommended that you wear comfortable loose clothing and dress in layers such as a t-shirt and sweat shirt paired with leggings or shorts. We practice barefoot; however, non-stick socks are permissible. For your comfort, do not wear jeans, clothing with zippers, belts, buckles or baggy shorts.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes, body sprays and other scents.

Bring a sticky mat or other yoga mat, beach towel and/or blanket with you to class.
