Lotus Gardens Yoga School is one of the first comparative study schools in the U.S. Our curriculum covers the best of the major styles instructed today: Alignment, Ashtanga, Gentle, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Vinyasa and Yin.  Yoga Therapy has always been a part of our curriculum with additional research and hands on student teaching for medical concerns and special needs such as pre-natal, back & neck problems, arthritis, menopause, seniors, anxiety, depression and more.

Our teacher training is offered in 3 elements; Philosophy & Culture, Anatomy & Asana, and Teach What You Love. Each element is 56 class room hours plus 4 hours of mentoring and one NYC field trip day.  In addition, each candidate will be required and 20 hours of home study.

1.Open & print the application and policy info.  Be sure you have the minimum of 6 months regular yoga practice before applying.
2.  Complete the application and either scan & email or send by mail to Lotus Gardens, 26 Spring Lake Rd, Sherman, CT 06784 along with your application fee. 
Note the application fee is in addition to the tuition fee and applications are not reviewed without the application fee. If you have any concerns about being accepted please contact Lara Ward with questions. Please do not pay in full or pay the first element until you have been officially accepted.
3.  Once your application has been reviewed, Lara Ward will contact you to set up a time to discuss your application over the phone.  This is an opportunity to be sure Lotus Gardens Yoga School is the right fit for you.
4.  After your phone interview, you will receive an official acceptance email.
5.  Within 30 days of the trainings start date be sure to either pay the first element tuition or pay in full tuition to secure your place in the training you have specified. You will then be on your way to becoming a certified Lotus Gardens Yoga Teacher!

  Early Pay In Full $2500.~ On or Before 30 Days Prior to Training Start
